Jeff McGraw, Vice President Clean Technology and Biofuels

Jeffrey McGraw brings more than ten years of investment banking experience to Sigma Capital from the areas of M&A advisory, private equity and engineering. Prior to joining the firm Mr. McGraw participated in over 35 transactions totaling over $750M and provided strategic guidance to numerous clients in the Clean Energy and Green Building Materials industries.

Most recently Mr. McGraw was a director at HighQuest Partners, a boutique strategy advisory firm with industry focus on Green Tech and BioFuels. His strategy work included provided assistance to support Global 100 corporate officers to improve subsidiary performance; corporate development efforts centered on supporting clients’ growth efforts in Green Technology through industry review, target selection and first contact, market and financial analysis, and strategy development.

Prior to HighQuest, Mr. McGraw worked for Morgan Stanley and CSP Associates as a transactional advisor. He advised a range of Fortune 500 companies, private equity investors, and foreign governments on over 30 transactions and acquisitions by performing target selection, candidate screening, market and financial analysis to support due diligence.

Mr. McGraw started his financial career at Harbour Group, a $1.5B Mid-Market Private Equity firm specializing in the development of high value manufacturing and distribution companies, where he provided due diligence support on portfolio companies and assisted fund leadership on company consolidation, operations, and strategic sourcing.

Mr. McGraw graduated with a B.S. in Engineering from University of Missouri and earned both an MBA and graduate degree in International Affairs from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.
