Deal Characteristics	Typical project finance ranging in size from $30 million to $300 million dollars. Sigma can also assist in raising substantially more capital through syndications with other investors and lenders.
Funding Structure	Placements are generally structured as private credit facilities. Often one lead institutional lender provides 80-100% of the offering with the balance being provided by two or three additional institutional lenders.
Selective Lenders	Offerings are only shown to a limited number of potential lenders who have been pre-screened by Sigma with a view toward identifying investors with goals compatible with management's long-range plans and financial strategy.
